Rest assured that the Indoor Ag-Con team is closely monitoring the COVID-19 protocols and guidelines isssued by the CDC, state and local officials. We are also working closely with our venue partner, HIlton Orlando, to provide you with a safe and productive environment to conduct business.

Health & Safety Guidelines For Indoor Ag-Con 2021

Our venue partner, Hilton Orlando,has partnered with Reckitt, makers of Lysol® & Dettol®*, to help deliver an even cleaner stay for guests with the creation of the Hilton CleanStay program. From readily available hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes, to increased scheduled cleaning, this rigorous program extends to Indoor Ag-Con meeting spaces as well - all to ensure the event experience is clean, flexible, safe and socially responsible.

Safety Protocols at Indoor Ag-con 2021


Indoor Ag-Con follows CDC guidelines which recommend that attendees who are not fully vaccinated wear a face mask at all times. Attendees who are fully vaccinated are encouraged, but not required to wear masks. Masks will be available on show site.

Hand-sanitizing stations will be available on show site. And, our venue's Hilton EventReady with CleanStay program expands on the elevated sanitation standards of the Hilton CleanStay program, addressing every touch point of the meeting experience.


We are extending our registration hours to avoid clusters or waiting. Beat the crowd and pick up your badge on on Sunday, October 3 between 12 pm - 4 pm before the show opens on Monday, October 4. In addition, social distancing requirements will be in compliance with the venue/facility guidelines.


We will continue to provide regular updates on our Covid safety protocols to our exhibitors and attendees --before and during the event. You can also check this page for the most up-to-date health & safety requirements.

Additional Key Point To Our Safety Plan

We ask that each attendee, exhibitor and staff member complete a self assessment before attending the event ensuring they are symptom free and are not awaiting any COVID-19 test results.
