Indoor Ag-Con Asia Booths

Here’s where you register for booths for the 3rd Annual Indoor Ag-Con Asia on January 16-17, 2018 at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.

Each booth includes a 3m x 3m space, that you can choose to purchase as ‘space only’ or ‘furnished’, as well as one regular pass for the event.

1. Select Your Exhibition Booth


Each exhibition booth is a 3m x 3m space, and you have the option of purchasing either:
-the space alone, so you can create your own booth. Services can be purchased through Marina Bay Sands using this service pack OR
-the space with shell scheme and furniture included. The package includes:
-white shell system set-up with white infill wall panels of 3mL x 3mW x 2.44mH
-300mm x 3m company fascia, company name and booth no in navy on white background
-2 white folding chairs
-reception desk of 1000mmW x 750mmL x 500mmH
-2 40W spotlights
-13 amp power point (500 Watt, additional electricity can be purchased separately if needed)

You are welcome to combine booths, and we offer a 20% discount for any orders of two or more combined booths; this discount is automatically applied at checkout.

2. Allocate Your Free Event Pass

Your booth includes one free regular pass per 3m x 3m booth space, you can select the dietary preference for your pass below.

You will be given the option to add discounted passes for additional staff members below; these are discounted if you buy them ahead of time, and full price if you buy them on the door. We do not offer "free staff passes" even if staff intend only to work at the booth or if you describe them as "helpers" or "assistants": we treat all of our participants equally and they each receive all of the same benefits, including access to conference sessions and exhibition hall, light breakfast & lunch each day, drinks party on the first evening and a gift bag that includes an exclusive hard copy of our newest white paper.

You may change the names on passes at any time up to two days before the event by using the link in your confirmation email.


3. Add Additional Passes – optional

Are you bringing more than one staff member to the event? Great, you can purchase discounted passes for them here.
As an exhibitor, you receive $100 off the prevailing price of any additional regular passes purchased ahead of time, and this discount is automatically applied in your cart.
You can also purchase subsidized passes for any staff that are students, seniors or academics below.
We do not offer refunds on passes, but you may change the names on passes at any time up to two days before the event by using the link in your confirmation email.
We offer regular, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free meals without additional charge. If you require a special meal, select this in the options below and - for a small administration fee of US$20 - our staff will work with you to meet your needs. We cannot order special meals on site.
We can also provide an invitation letter for visa purposes for a nominal fee of US$20; our staff will contact you after checkout to arrange this.


Pass Information


You can see the exhibition map here and the main entrance to the event is between booths 305 and 309.
Premium booths are shown in green and regular ones are shown in pink. Booths in white are already taken.
Early bird pricing of US$1,250 for space only regular booths and US$1,499 for space only premium ones applies until November 30, 2017.
Regular pricing for space only premium booths at US$1,999 and space only regular ones at US$1,499 will hold after November 30, 2017.


Load in is on January 15, 2018 from 2pm to 8pm.
Load out is on January 17, 2018 from 7pm to midnight.
Strictly no tear down before 5.30pm on January 17, 2018.
Exhibition hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm on January 16, 2018, and 8.30am to 7pm on January 17, 2018.


Additional services – such as storage and other furniture – can be purchased through Marina Bay Sands using this service pack.

Booth orders are not refundable.
We reserve the right to alter the position of your booth if it becomes necessary for unforeseen reasons.
