Indoor Ag-Con Asia Exhibition Booths


These are booths for the 2nd Annual Indoor Ag-Con Asia on January 24-25, 2017 at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore; the exhibition map is shown below and the main entrance is between booths 305 and 309. Premium booths at US$1,999 are shown in pink and regular ones at US$1,599 are shown in green.

Booths in white are already taken.  The following booths are a part of the Japan Pavilion; 101, 103, 105, 107, 109, 111, 200, 202, 204, 206, 208, 210.  You are welcome to purchase a booth in this block regardless of your home country, but should be aware that it will be branded as ‘the Japan Pavilion’.  If you’re a member of the Japan Plant Factory Association, we have created special packages for you as part of this Pavilion.  Please contact Eri at for details of these.

Each exhibition booth is a 3m x 3m space, and load in is on January 23, 2017 from 2pm to 8pm.

You are welcome to combine booths, and we offer a 20% discount for any orders of two or more combined booths; this discount is automatically applied at checkout.

Your booth includes one event pass, please add the name of the staff member to whom you would like it allocated below.  As an exhibitor, you also receive $100 off any additional regular passes, and this discount is automatically applied in your cart.  You may change the names on passes at any time up to three days before the event by emailing us at  Please note that we do not offer “staff passes” even if staff intend only to work at the booth: we treat all of our participants equally and they each receive all of the same benefits, including access to conference sessions and exhibition hall, light breakfast & lunch each day, drinks party on the first evening and a gift bag that includes an exclusive copy of our newest white paper.


Your booth is a blank space, it does not include furniture. You can add a furniture package to your order below.  It consists of:

-3m x 3m shell in white with a 370mm x 3m company fascia
-2 white folding chairs
-750mm info counter
-2 spotlights
-13 amp power point (500 Watt, additional electricity can be purchase separately)

We offer three dietary preferences – vegetarian, vegan and gluten free, and our staff are happy to work with you to provide you with meals that meet any other dietary needs for an administration fee of $20 to cover a fraction of the cost of our staff’s time in making special arrangements for you. We caution that our caterers may levy an upcharge for these arrangements, and that we are not able to accommodate requests for special meals made at the event itself.

Invitation Letter

Does your group require an invitation letter for visa purposes? We do not prepare invitation letters for those who have not yet purchased passes, and levy a nominal administration fee to cover a fraction of the cost that our staff incurs in preparing this documentation for you.
