KENNETT TOWNSHIP MUSHROOM TOURS
On October 17, 2017, the day after Indoor Ag-Con Philly, our Nextbean Ambassador sponsors at Kennett Township, PA – one hour’s drive outside of Philadelphia – will be hosting tours, free to Indoor Ag-Con Philly participants, of the extensive indoor agriculture production and distribution facilities which support their world-class mushroom industry. The event will start from world-famous Longwood Gardens, home to more than 1,000 acres of formal gardens, conservatories, woodlands and meadows, and includes a custom tour of Longwood’s own indoor production horticultural facilities, plus a complimentary farm-to-table lunch and free admission to the public gardens. You’ll be asked if you would like to join the Kennett event – at no extra charge – as you purchase your Indoor Ag-Con Philly admission. There is no discount on passes if you do not wish to join the tour, and Indoor Ag-Con is not the organizer of the Kennett Township tours.

Early bird pricing ends on August 31, at which point prices rise to $499. We do not offer discounted passes for this smaller event, though we continue to subsidize the participation of students, academics, seniors and those working for non-profits for our larger Las Vegas and Singapore events. We offer a 20% discount to those purchasing a block of more than 10 passes; the discount is applied automatically on checkout, there’s no need to use a code.
This event is capped at 120 participants and we will not be able to accommodate additional participants once that limit is reached. We encourage you to purchase your pass early, and do not expect to have passes available on the door.
DIETARY PREFERENCES & SPECIAL MEALS
We offer three dietary preferences – vegetarian, vegan and gluten free – and our staff are happy to work with you to provide you with special meals that meet your dietary needs for a small nominal fee of $20. You can select this option under ‘dietary preference’ above. We caution that our caterers may levy an upcharge for these arrangements, and that we are not able to accommodate requests for special meals made at the event itself.
We are happy to provide invitation letters for visa purposes, and these can be added to your order above at a cost of $20/letter. This covers a fraction of the cost of our staff time to prepare documentation. We will contact you separately to gather the information we need to prepare the documentation. We do not prepare invitation letters for those who have not yet purchased passes.
Our events are open to those over 18 years of age.
