We will again offer opportunities to showcase your company or country at the 4th Annual Indoor Ag-Con Asia on January 15-16, 2019.  We’ve modernized the traditional exhibition hall and you’ll find exhibition tables – rather than traditional booths – dotted throughout the venue, united by three themes: startup alley features new tech startups, country pavilions highlight nations across the world and the tech showcase includes established indoor ag tech players:

Are you a new startup looking to showcase your indoor agriculture technology? Join our startup alley, and benefit from discounted pass prices when exhibiting.

Indoor farmers and entrepreneurs are an international community, and many are seeking the next location for their new farm or manufacturing base. Our event provides the perfect opportunity to highlight the advantages of your location.

Indoor agriculture is a tech-driven industry, and our participants are always keen to hear more about farming tech, whether LED lighting, controls, robotics, automation, substrate or grow systems.

Each exhibition table includes:
-approx 1.8m x 0.6m table, white table cloth, 2 white chairs
-approx 1m space on either side of table for you to decorate as you wish
-approx 3 hour load in time on January 14, 2019 and load out time on the evening of January 16, 2019
-company name and/or logo included on event signage
-company profile in event app, where you can include a description of your company, links to your website and marketing materials
-option to add branded items to our popular gift bag

The following is NOT included:
-passes for the event, these can be purchased at a US$100 discount on the prevailing price of regular passes below.  You are not obliged to staff your exhibition table, but any representatives who do attend will require a regular pass, with no exceptions.
-storage, trade show services or electricity; tables are designed such that you can carry in whatever materials you need to exhibit, so we will not be providing any trade show services

We will allocate exhibition table locations and share these with exhibitors approximately two weeks before the event. Locations are neither changeable nor negotiable.  We do not offer refunds on either exhibition tables or event passes.  All prices are in US dollars.
